Nick practices in all areas of criminal law. He worked at the Office of Public Prosecutions for more than four years and regularly appeared in the Magistrates' Court and County Court.

He has experience with violence offences, driving offences, sexual offences, drug offences, fraud, and a variety of other indictable and summary crimes. He also worked on Occupational Health and Safety matters and inquests.

Nick previously worked in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and for the United Nations at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal in Cambodia. He also worked at the Flemington and Kensington Community Legal Centre on summary criminal matters and public housing issues.

Nick is currently completing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne with a focus on criminal and international law. He has been published in the International Criminal Law Review.
