Victoria Whitelaw has been admitted to practice for 25 years. She has appeared in the Court of Criminal Appeal and in criminal trials and Inquests in the Northern Territory.
Her main area of practice has been as a solicitor advocate in criminal cases, appearing in rape and murder committals, contests, Bail applications, Appeals and trials. She reads with Marylynne Smallwood ( family law ) and appears in the Federal Magistrates Court ( Family ) and the Family Law Court of Australia. In more recent times, she has worked with victims of Crime.
