Before coming to the Bar, Vinod practiced in a variety of areas including Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Law, Property and Criminal Law. He has also worked in a major national law firm dealing with Administrative and Government law.
Vinod also has experience working with the Patents and Trademarks Office (now IP Australia), and in mining industries for 10 years before commencing his legal practice.

In addition to his legal qualification, Vinod has degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Engineering. He also has post graduate qualifications in Patents and Trade Marks Law and has extensive experience in that area.
