Robert has a background in Management Consulting - working with clients in Australia and internationally. He specialised in the areas of Corporate Business Strategy, Planning and Financial Performance, Change Management and Leadership Development.

He incorporated and led the company Ingram Corporate Consulting Pty Ltd for 6 years.

Robert also worked as a Human Resource Manager, advising clients in Industrial Relations, Employment Contracts,Health and Safety, EEO and discrimination and harassment.
Robert has completed post graduate studies in:-

-Copyright.
-Patents and Trade Secrets.
-Law of the Internet.
He is a Member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ), and is currently completing an LLM in Legal Practice at the ANU.

Robert has been an Accredited practising Mediator for the Victorian Department of Justice Disputes Settlement Network since 1993.
