Andrew is briefed to appear independently and as a junior in commercial trials in Victoria and New South Wales. He appears as a trial barrister in the Supreme Court, the Federal Court, the County Court of Victoria, the District Court of New South Wales, the Magistrates Court of Victoria and the Local Court of New South Wales. Andrew frequently appears independently in commercial trials, and since 2008 has also appeared as a junior in the Supreme Court in civil proceedings regarding major fraud. Andrew is regularly briefed to advise and appear in matters concerning fraud, equity, trusts, trade practices, corporations, contracts and insolvency.

Andrew is also frequently briefed to appear in criminal trials. Andrew has appeared in regional Victoria and Melbourne in criminal trials and pleas in the County Court and Magistrates Court. Andrew has recently been briefed in matters concerning criminal fraud, offences against the person, sexual offences, and theft.

Andrew is also briefed to advise on personal injuries and torts. He has appeared as a junior in serious injury trials in the County Court, and has been briefed independently to advise on personal injuries, negligence and defamation.

Other than practicing as a barrister, Andrew is an officer in the Army Reserve.
