Nick completed his articles in 2002 and practised as a solicitor for three years before joining the Bar. During this time, Nick gained experience in a range of practice areas, including Commercial Litigation, Property Law, Planning and Construction, Banking and Finance, and Family Law. Nick has particular experience in Aged Care, Commercial and Retail Leasing, and GST, Land Tax and Stamp Duty matters relating to property transactions,
Nick has represented high profile clients in a range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, trade practices claims, commercial and retail leasing disputes, planning appeals, disputes and enforcement proceedings, debt recovery proceedings, and administrative appeals.
In addition to his commercial practice, Nick has experience in the Family Court jurisdiction, primarily in relation to matrimonial property disputes.
Nick has appeared in most jurisdictions, including the Federal Court, the Family Court, the Supreme, County and Magistrates? Courts, and VCAT. Additionally, Nick has appeared in arbitrations and mediations for property developers and investors in commercial disputes.
Nick has been an active member of the Outlook Committee at the Urban Development Institute of Australia and is also a member of the Property Council of Australia.

Nick has a keen interest in Football (Soccer) and plays Golf in his spare time. He is also fluent in Macedonian.
